My Approach

I offer a unique guidance that integrates my grounding in western relational psychology with somatic and holistic practices. This combination brings healing into an embodied, grounded place while connecting you to yourself first, others second and ultimately the spiritual. I work to create a space for you to feel safe, nurtured and guided as you embark on living an engaging and full life. I see the therapeutic process as profoundly relational and thus our connection working together as vital for the process of healing.

Working together, we’ll collaborate on finding the path that works best for you. From a base of mindfulness and self-compassion, our work together will aim to awaken your intuition, inspire your creativity, align you with your values, and lead you toward authentic connection with yourself and others. I draw upon a broad range of therapeutic modalities ranging from relational psychology in the form of emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy and family systems therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion, trauma informed somatic modalities and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Through our caring, collaborative relationship, you’ll gain the tools for your transformation.

Services begin with a 20 minute complimentary discovery call, then we meet for 1-3 sessions to solidify getting to know one another making sure it is the right fit. After that, we meet weekly or at a minimum of 2x per month. All sessions are conducted via tele-therapy on Zoom.
