I believe that my personal experiences and life journey enhance my knowledge and ability to guide you. I will strive to be non-judgmental and compassionate, however I can not be totally neutral. • Personal practice of meditation, yoga and other eastern/indigenous spiritual traditions 

• Intense and chronic musculoskeletal pain and healing through somatic body work with the Feldenkreis method and other non-traditional medical and somatic modalities
